How it works
Our website helps you place bids and orders on Japanese websites that are closed to US residents. You do the clicking — we take care of the rest. Most importantly, your orders are shipped to the US by ocean and available for pickup near you (yes, we can also ship to your door).
Why ocean shipping? Ocean shipping means you can ship large parts like bumpers for hundreds instead of thousands.
Find the part
Search in English and we handle the translation quietly behind the scenes. Yes, the results you see are from Yahoo! Auctions – think of them like the eBay of Japan.
Don’t know your chassis code? Pick your year, make and model on the home page and we’ll find it for you. Already have a listing open? Paste its link into search and you’ll go straight to it. Not on Yahoo at all? Ask us to source it.

Bid, or Buy It Now
Set your maximum and we will only bid as much as needed to win. Choose a Snipe Bid and we place your bid in the final minutes before the auction closes. Fixed-price listings can be bought instantly.
There’s no charge unless you win. An authorization hold is placed on your card when you place a bid. Your money only moves if you win. If not, the authorization hold expires on its own within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank).
USD ($) to JPY (¥) conversions are always calculated using Wise money transfer's latest rates with no additional markup.
We store your package until it ships
The item you win is shipped to our warehouse and measured. The dimensions are shared in your user control panel for transparency.
When the container is full it departs Japan and heads to New York – the journey takes approximately 2 months. Customize your settings to get text or email alerts at each step of the journey.
Collect it near you
Our customs brokers work to get the proper approvals from U.S. Customs and Border Protection while the container is still on the water so there are no delays.
The container arrives in Queens, New York and is distributed to all of our pickup locations. If there are no pickup locations near you, consider our I-95 Corridor Run where we meet you anywhere along the I-95 to handoff your package.
Two payments
- First, when you win
- The item, Japanese consumption tax, the seller’s shipping to our warehouse, our platform fee and the import tariff.
- Second, at our warehouse
- We measure the package and charge you for the ocean freight. The cost never exceeds the estimate you see just before you bid.
Our estimates are a promise. If your part measures bigger than the estimate, the difference is ours to absorb, not yours. Every fee is written down.
Who we’re not for
- You need it soon
- Everything crosses by ocean in a shared container. Plan on about two months from Japan to pickup.
- You want the biggest parts for small-part prices
- Large engines and body panels can ship, but freight is priced by size. Check the estimate before you bid.
- You want to order a motorcycle or tires yourself
- We arrange those personally. Email [email protected] and we’ll handle the purchase for you.
- Your part is outside the categories we ship
- The categories on our home page are the ones we ship. If it’s not there, ask us first.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges
We have no way of returning packages to Japan. Please examine pictures and descriptions closely. The nervous person should refrain from bidding.
