Small items are generally shipped via Yu-Pack or Yamato Transport, while larger items are shipped via Seino Transportation or Kinbutsu Rex.

Please inquire separately for shipping costs to remote islands and other areas requiring transshipment.

Large items (items exceeding 160cm in total dimensions after packaging) cannot be shipped to individual addresses.

However, even for individual addresses, shipping to the nearest Seino Transportation or Kinbutsu Rex branch is possible.

We will determine whether an item is large or not. If you have any concerns, please ask us in advance and we will answer your questions.
