They will be held at your nearest Seino Transportation or Fukuyama Transport branch. Please inquire in advance for details.

* Please inquire in advance regarding shipping costs to remote islands and Okinawa Prefecture.

2. Payment, Shipping, and Receipts

* Please make payment upon winning the auction or within 3 days.

* For Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands, payment is by bank transfer only. Please make payment after confirming the shipping cost.

* Payment methods include PayPay, credit card, convenience store payment, and bank transfer. Please see the store information for bank account details.

* We cannot accept requests for specific shipping companies or optional services. Delivery will be via standard shipping.

* For shipments of heavy items such as engines and transmissions, please arrange for a forklift or other necessary unloading preparations.

* When shipping, we will drain as much oil and fluids as possible; please replace or replenish as needed before use.

* Regarding Receipts

3. Claims and Returns

* Our products are used. There may be scratches or other imperfections that are difficult to see in the images. Accessories are only those shown in the images.

* As a general rule, we do not accept claims or returns. However, unless otherwise stated in the product description, we will accept returns for initial defects caused by our company, such as product defects or faulty items. Please contact us within one week of receiving the product. However, we cannot accept returns for products that have been processed, painted, or damaged.
