This is a genuine CT9A steering wheel. I removed it when I replaced it with an aftermarket one while I owned a CT9A. I've since sold the CT9A, so I have no use for it and am putting it up for sale. The inflator has been removed. If shipped, it will be in the condition shown in image 2 (horn-less). If handed over in person, I will also include the horn.
