☆Regarding Communication After Winning the Auction

After winning the auction, please be sure to check the "Winning Bid Notification Email" automatically sent from Yahoo! Auctions and fill in the necessary information on the "Order Form." Alternatively, please fill it in using the "Start Transaction" button.

If we do not receive a reply to the order form within 3 days of the auction ending, or payment within 1 week, we will assume you do not intend to purchase and will cancel the transaction due to the buyer's circumstances. We will ship within 3 business days of receiving payment confirmation.

For small items, we use Sagawa Express; for large items, we use Daiichi Cargo.

☆Direct Pickup

We also offer direct pickup at our store for all items. Please contact us via the bulletin board with your planned visit date. We will hold items for one week; after that, shipping fees will apply. If you do not reply to our message, we will cancel the order.
