This small part can dramatically change the somewhat plain look of the ND Roadster's door trim.

We have been developing products to improve the texture of door trim for some time, but development has been difficult due to the complex curves and parts configuration.

Therefore, through trial and error using an even thinner "0.1mm thick" sheet than the conventional hairline-finish panels, we were able to achieve a curved surface conformity, resulting in the completion of the "Mirror Switch Base for ND."

Unique Cut Shape for Curved Surfaces

To fit the three-dimensional curved surface of the mounting area, and even the donut shape, the ultra-thin hairline-finish sheet was cut into a C-shape, allowing it to perfectly conform to the three-dimensional base of the mirror adjustment switch.

Furthermore, the mounting area has a slightly bowl-shaped form, and this product perfectly conforms to that cross-sectional shape.

Although only slightly recessed, the recessed cross-sectional shape creates a complex reflection of the panel, resulting in a material feel that is not simply achieved by attaching a panel.

Exclusive Design Created for the Roadster

The sheet design uses the same font as the official Roadster logo and employs an exclusive design that has been finely adjusted to harmonize with the overall atmosphere of the vehicle and other hairline-finish panels.

The exclusive design, significantly different from the standard Roadster design with its simple "L" and "R" lettering, allows you to feel the customization every time you open the door.

Furthermore, the C-shaped cutout is positioned between the arrows at the top (facing forward) to be inconspicuous when applied.

In addition, because of the C-shaped cutout, it can be used even if other custom parts are attached to the dial.

Of course, it can also be used even if custom parts that attach to the entire outer surface of the mirror adjustment switch are installed.

Easy Installation for Anyone

As with previous products, installation is as simple as attaching it with the double-sided tape on the back.

Anyone can easily apply and remove it.

Ultra-Thin Aluminum Hairline Finish Sheet

The ultra-thin 0.1mm thick hairline finish sheet can conform to complex curves, accurately reflecting the shape of the application area.

This material clearly expresses subtle curves and textures that cannot be fully captured with plastic, using a metallic-like reflection, resulting in a significantly improved material feel and texture compared to the original.

*While the hairline pattern is slightly different from conventional 0.5mm thick hairline panels, the difference is not extreme to the naked eye.
