Product Description:

This is an overhauled part, completely disassembled and cleaned, with worn and defective parts replaced. It is almost like new. Quality check (operational check) has been performed after completion.

Stock levels fluctuate constantly, so please inquire before ordering. Ordering without checking stock may result in longer delivery times.

Regarding Core Return

Since this is a rebuilt part, the core (the old part removed from the vehicle) must be returned.

*If the core is not returned, or if the returned part is different, damaged, or water-damaged, a separate core fee will be charged.

*If the core is not returned in the same condition as when it was shipped, a separate core fee will be charged. (Do not use for parts.)

The same product (core) that was replaced must be returned. We do not sell cores for parts salvage purposes, such as returning cores with the rack ends removed. Please return the core in the same condition as when it was shipped. Please use the included core return shipping label (shipping costs covered by us) and return the core within two weeks of receiving the product. If you have lost the shipping label, please return the core via Sagawa Express (or Fukuyama Transport for large items) cash on delivery. Please return the core in its original state without disassembling it. Please contact us if you anticipate a delay in returning the core.

We will ship a replacement product.

If a defect occurs due to a component or manufacturing defect, we will inspect and confirm the product within the warranty period. If it is deemed defective, we will replace it with a replacement product.

Please note that we will only provide a replacement product for any reason. Please note that we do not provide any warranty for labor costs, rental car fees, towing fees, or other parts other than replacement parts.

■Examples of cases where warranty does not apply■

Even within the warranty period, the warranty will not apply in the following cases.

Failures or damage caused by misuse, unnecessary modifications, or unnecessary repairs; failures or damage caused by fire, flooding, lightning strikes, etc.; disassembly of the product (or evidence of disassembly); use in modified vehicles, racing, or other harsh conditions; installation on vehicles other than those specified (including installation on modified vehicles); export overseas; damage due to accidents; damage due to customer installation errors; failure to address the vehicle's fault; no abnormalities found after inspection by our company; failure to return the core or return of a non-original core.
