Shipping will generally be done by packing the item in its box and shipping only.

Direct pickup is only available for items where it is explicitly stated in the title or description.

*Please do not bid if you intend to use your preferred shipping company or packaging method after winning the auction. Especially for large items, please refrain from bidding if you want to use Yamato Transport because it's cheaper; the item won't fit within the standard size limits.

Please also refrain from asking for shipping costs after winning the auction. Please read the description carefully.

I will leave negative feedback for anyone who does not abide by the above. Recently, there have been many people on Yahoo! Auctions who lack manners and common sense, so I'm including this in the description beforehand.

I check feedback and other information in the question section, and depending on the way questions are asked and their content, I may add those I do not want to bid on to my blacklist. Shipping is via Seino Transportation or Sagawa Express. For large items, individual customers can only have their packages delivered to a Seino Transportation branch.

For individual customers, please inform us of your nearest branch name if your package is being shipped via Seino Transportation.

Tracking numbers are not immediately reflected after shipping notification. We use unattended pickup. Tracking numbers are usually finalized by the evening of the same day or, at the latest, the evening of the following day.

Shipping costs for both Seino Transportation and Sagawa Express are not determined by us. Please confirm the shipping cost upon receipt or arrival at the branch.

If you would like to know the shipping cost and size, please inquire directly.

We will pack the item in a box that is as close to the size of the product as possible (even rounded items will be made into a rectangular shape). We will not accept any complaints or guarantees regarding differences in shipping costs. The box will always be sized to match the product. Especially for large items like bumpers, side steps, and mufflers, if you're unsure of the shipping cost, please research it yourself. You can find a rough estimate on the Seino Transportation website, for example. Especially if you're a beginner and completely unfamiliar with shipping costs, please absolutely research the average cost.

I'll reiterate this: I ship a lot of items, and if you absolutely need to know the shipping cost from me, I'm sorry, but please refrain from bidding.

My items aren't packaged until they're sold so I can answer questions, and I can't provide definitive size information for shipping costs before purchase. To avoid problems, all shipments are basically cash on delivery only.

For items with borderline sizes, I will answer questions about whether shipping will be via Sagawa or Seino Transportation. Sagawa is for items with a total of three sides up to 2.6m and weighing up to 50kg. Anything larger is shipped via Seino Transportation.
