Special Notes: Core type A1C. Common to Turbo and NA. Employs a stainless steel mesh filter, proven in SUS Power/Advance Power, to achieve high intake efficiency. Featuring an M-fold conical body that maximizes the intake area, this air cleaner achieves a high-level balance of dust collection performance and intake efficiency. The large-diameter funnel-type carbon shield blocks ambient radiant heat, preventing the filter body from overheating and successfully suppressing the rise in intake air temperature. The carbon shield itself also suppresses heat generation. The combination of the carbon shield and red anodized finish contributes to the engine bay's appearance. Customers using BLITZ core-type air cleaners can upgrade to the CARBON POWER AIR CLEANER by purchasing the CARBON POWER unit (only applicable to compatible vehicles with ADVANCE POWER settings). The stainless steel mesh filter allows for cleaning, and its performance is virtually permanent.
