Notes

If the item is out of stock or you require painting, please allow approximately 10 days.

(This may be extended depending on the workload of the manufacturing plant and body shop.)

We do not accept returns, exchanges, complaints, or cancellations after ordering mistakes, processing, painting, or installation.

If we do not receive contact or payment within 5 days of the auction end date, we will unfortunately have to cancel the transaction due to the buyer's circumstances and will leave a very negative rating.

Please understand that we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel orders from customers who do not meet our standards.

Please be sure to perform a fitting test before painting and installation.

Due to the material of FRP products or individual vehicle differences, there may be discrepancies in the fitting.

In such cases, processing and adjustment using a file or sandpaper may be necessary.

If there are initial defects, incorrect shipments, or damage during transport, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

*We will not be able to provide support if too much time has passed since the product arrived, so please check the product immediately upon arrival.

Please understand that there may be a delay in delivery depending on the stock situation when exchanging products.

*We do not accept cancellations after bidding or after winning an auction.

*Notes on painting

Painting will be done using the genuine color number based on the color matching data specified by each automobile manufacturer.

For older vehicles, there may be color differences due to sun fading, etc.

Also, even for the same vehicle model, there may be differences from the body due to differences in production plants or paint manufacturers used during painting.

Small dust particles from the air may adhere to the surface, and small holes may occur due to the nature of the material.

Since the paint job is done without matching the actual vehicle's color, please be aware that due to individual differences in vehicles, fading, and differences in paint manufacturers, the paint color may not perfectly match the body.

We do not accept claims, returns, or exchanges related to the paint job.
