Regarding Multiple Item Purchases and Combined Shipping

If you win multiple items, for inventory management purposes, please use the combined transaction option to complete the purchase process for all items in one order. *If the shipping address differs for each item, please complete the purchase process for each item separately.

If you wish to combine shipping, the shipping cost will initially show "Shipping Cost x Number of Items Won," but we will correct this after the purchase process is complete, so please proceed as is.

We will do our best to accommodate combined shipping, but please understand that due to size, weight, etc., it may not always be possible.

Regarding the Total Amount

The total amount will be "Product Price" + "Consumption Tax (10% of Product Price)" + "Shipping Cost." *Additional fees may apply for deliveries to private residences via Seino Transportation.

Regarding Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically displayed, but if they are unclear or not displayed (e.g., for deliveries to remote islands), please inquire in the auction's question section, specifying your prefecture.

Regarding Delivery to Private Residences

For some E and F size items and G size items, shipping will be via Seino Transportation, and a separate delivery fee of 3,000 yen will be charged for deliveries to private residences in addition to the shipping cost.

For individual bidders, delivery will be to a Seino Transportation branch office. In that case, please find your preferred branch office yourself and specify it in the request field.

Please inquire in advance regarding whether the item you plan to bid on will be shipped via Seino Transportation.

Shipping of Palletized Items (Engines and Transmissions)

Shipping will be via Seino Transportation. Please note that standard shipping is only available to corporate addresses.

For individual addresses, delivery will be to a Seino Transportation branch office; please specify your preferred branch office in the request field.

In addition to the item price and shipping fee, a separate pallet fee of 2000 yen will be charged upon winning the auction.

Regarding Buy It Now

Items without a Buy It Now price are listed with a low starting price and no reserve price; however, we do not accept Buy It Now offers.

Regarding Questions

Since Saturday and Sunday are our regular holidays, we cannot answer questions after 6 PM on Friday. Please ask your questions as early as possible.

Due to work commitments, we do not accept questions by phone or email. For the reasons stated above, please understand that it may take some time to respond to your questions. Please ask your questions through the question section on the auction site.

Notes on Bidding

・As this is a used part, please understand that there will be no claims, no returns, and no cancellations (3N), including any oversights on our part.

・Due to the use of repurposed or modified parts, installation may not be possible. We cannot guarantee compatibility in such cases, so please confirm the size and other details via questions before bidding.

・We cannot accept cancellations even if the part is incompatible due to differences in year, grade, etc. Please be sure to check compatibility yourself before bidding.

・Basic inspection, cleaning, and packaging are performed; please understand this.

・Due to the nature of used goods, additional maintenance and adjustments may be required. We cannot guarantee any repair costs incurred in such cases.

・Furthermore, we cannot guarantee the price of the product or labor costs for any damages, including malfunctions or accidents, resulting from the use of products purchased from us.

* Please note that screw holes, mounting parts, etc. may be damaged during removal. We cannot guarantee any repair costs incurred in such cases.

* For items with existing cracks or other damage, the damage may worsen during storage or transportation, resulting in damage greater than described. We cannot provide compensation in such cases. Therefore, please assume that items with cracks or other damage mentioned in the listing will require repair.

By placing a bid, you are considered to have agreed to the terms. Please note that cancellations after bidding are not accepted.

Also, after winning the auction, please complete the purchase procedure within 48 hours and make payment by 3 PM the following Friday. You can choose between prepaid or cash on delivery for shipping. The cost may differ between prepaid and cash on delivery. If you prefer cash on delivery, please indicate this in the request section.

Regarding Direct Pickup of Items

Direct pickup after winning an auction is possible under the following conditions:

■Our store is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so we can only accommodate pickups from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

■Please pay the item price by bank transfer or using our designated payment method before visiting.

■Pickup is only possible if you can promise to visit within one week of winning the auction.

■We do not pack items. Please consider this before bidding.

■Pallet items will be handed over without the pallet. If you require a pallet, an additional 2,000 yen will be charged.

Regarding Shipping Costs for Combined Transactions

When you win multiple items and use the combined transaction option, due to system limitations, the shipping cost displayed will be "Selected Shipping Cost x Number of Items." However, we will correct the shipping cost after the purchase process, so please proceed with the purchase as is.

*Even if payment is made during the purchase process, we will adjust the shipping cost amount after the purchase is completed.
