Product Defects

★ Please check the product immediately upon arrival.

★ If the product you received is damaged or different from your order before use, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

★ We will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products that have been received more than 7 days ago, or for products that have been installed or used even once.

★ When returning a product, please contact us first and then return it using cash on delivery. We will not process your request unless the product is returned.

★ After receiving the returned product and confirming the defect, we will replace it with an equivalent product, or issue a refund if the product is out of stock.

★ Please note that we do not cover labor costs or fees for product installation/removal.
