We also offer in-person inspections, but only during business hours.

If you wish to inspect the item in person, please inform us of your planned date and time in advance, as this is necessary for our inventory preparation process. If you visit without prior notice, we may have to refuse service due to operational reasons.

We will hold items for one week after the auction ends. Please refrain from bidding if you cannot visit by the deadline.

【Regarding combined shipping…】

Even if you win multiple items at once, we will ship each item individually unless requested otherwise by the customer.

If you wish to have items shipped together, please win all the items you wish to have shipped together and then inform us of your request.

Depending on the combination of items, we may not be able to change the shipping method, shipping size, or combine shipments. Please be sure to check via the questions section.
