Please be sure to read the product description, images, videos, and notes carefully and agree to them before bidding.

This vehicle is being sold as-is, and is being offered at a lower price because it has not been inspected or serviced. The winning bidder must inspect and service the vehicle before riding it (this is mandated by the Road Transport Vehicle Act). Anything other than the areas listed below is unchecked, and no inspection or service work has been performed, including oil leaks, gasoline leaks, electrical components including the charging system and instruments, and cooling system operation checks, disassembly and inspection, tightening, and lubrication. Also, the information provided is based on my personal opinion, and there may be differences in values or errors. If you have any concerns, please ask questions or inspect the vehicle before bidding.

① We sell bikes in their "as-is" condition, before any inspection, maintenance, or repairs are performed, which is why they're cheap!

② Because they're unmaintained, there's no warranty, which is why they're cheap!

③ When we purchase bikes at dealer auctions, we buy them at prices lower than the market rate on that day, which is why they're cheap!

④ Even if the specifications are fine, if there are many scratches/cracks/dents on the exterior, we can sell them cheaply because we acquired them cheaply!

⑤ Bikes with aftermarket parts or high mileage are cheap to acquire, which is why they're cheap to sell!

We believe it is best for customers to inspect the actual vehicle, check its condition, and then consider bidding. Since some customers come from far away to look for motorcycles, we have posted this information so that customers can inspect the vehicle before bidding. Customers who bid without inspecting the actual vehicle must read and agree to the explanations and precautions before bidding. Thank you.

○The listed motorcycles are sold as-is before inspection and maintenance. The Road Transport Vehicle Act mandates pre-ride inspections, so please be sure to perform an inspection and maintenance (tightening bolts, changing oil types, etc.) before riding after winning the auction.

○While we strive to maintain the condition of the vehicle, as it is sold as-is, the condition may change between the time of arrival and the time of inspection. Also, please understand that there may be differences or errors due to individual differences in wording and values, as this is a personal assessment. The current condition takes precedence.

○The product description/photos/videos are for confirming the current condition at the time of listing and do not guarantee the vehicle's performance or functionality upon delivery.

◆About On-Site Vehicle Inspection

On-site vehicle inspections at our shop are by "appointment only". Please make a reservation by "phone" or "inquiry form" during business hours by the day before. To ensure that customers can thoroughly inspect the motorcycle, we limit on 30-minute slots to two motorcycles per group. Please understand this in advance. Depending on the reservation status, we may have to decline your request. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, and we appreciate your understanding.

Please arrange for pickup by transport vehicle*

As vehicles are sold as-is and are not serviced, we believe it is best for you to visit our store, inspect the vehicle in its current condition, and take it home only after you are satisfied.

*We apologize, but due to space limitations at our store, we can only accommodate trucks up to 2 tons. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

*As some customers prefer self-pickup or delivery, we offer three shipping options: "Customer picks up the motorcycle themselves," "We will arrange transportation/BAS (designated depot)," and "We will arrange transportation/BAS (delivery to your home)." Thank you for your understanding.

For customers wishing to pick up the motorcycle themselves:

The motorcycles currently sold are unserviced. If you choose self-pickup for your own convenience, we will not be held responsible for any motorcycle troubles (initial defects), traffic accidents, etc., that occur along the way. We will only accommodate self-pickup requests from customers who are able to handle the transportation themselves.

To Customers Requesting Shipping (Land Transport):

We strive to deliver the motorcycle in the condition described, including checking the exterior and engine start-up, before shipping. However, once the motorcycle is handed over to the transport company, we cannot control its condition. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any problems that may occur during shipping, such as oil leaks due to seal deterioration from the fork/rear suspension being fixed in a bottomed-out position during loading, weakened battery due to the long travel time, or overflow and fouled spark plugs due to truck vibrations, which could make starting difficult or impossible. If the motorcycle does not start, you will need to charge the battery, clean the spark plugs, or replace any necessary parts. Therefore, we can only accommodate customers who are able to handle these tasks themselves or who can request this service from a local motorcycle shop. The associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Regarding Pickup

○Please pick up the motorcycle within one week of the day following your winning bid (within three days for cash on delivery).

*If you exceed one week from the pickup deadline, a storage fee of 800 yen per day will be charged. After two weeks, the storage fee will be 1500 yen per day, with a maximum storage period of three weeks. Please pick up your motorcycle as soon as possible.

*Motorcycles with valid vehicle inspections will be handed over after the ownership transfer. Please complete the ownership transfer within 10 days of the auction date, including payment confirmation. Once the ownership transfer is complete, please send the vehicle registration certificate to our shop by fax (0774-66-6794) for confirmation.

*Pick-up is available between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, and between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on business days. Please contact us in advance to arrange a date and time for your visit.

*A consent form will be required upon pickup.

*Motorcycle hand-up and document shipping are not available on shop holidays. (Store holidays are listed in the store information above. Please see our website for details.)

◆Regarding our land transport shipping request service

○We accept shipping requests to land transport companies "BAS" or "Red Line" on behalf of our customers. There is no charge for this shipping service. Please rest assured.

○We only handle land transport shipping requests with prepaid shipping.

○Shipping will be arranged after payment confirmation, and for motorcycles with valid vehicle inspections, after confirmation of ownership transfer, we will request pickup from the land transport company and ship within approximately one week.

○Depending on the delivery address, it may take 2-3 weeks for the motorcycle to arrive after shipping.

○Documents will be sent via Yamato Transport Compact cash on delivery.

○Shipping will depart from our store address: '14-6 Taga Nishikitagawara, Ide-cho, Tsuzuki-gun, Kyoto 610-0301'. Please choose either "Depot" or "Home" as your delivery address.

* Our store is closed on holidays, and payment confirmation and shipping operations are suspended during these times. We will process payments, ship items, and respond to inquiries sequentially from the next business day. Business days are listed on our website.

④ Regarding Bidding and Winning Bids

To ensure that the item is won by someone who truly wants it, and to prevent erroneous bids and bidders who do not contact us even after several days, we have established the following rules. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

◆Regarding Cancellation of Auction Bids

Please cancel your bid during our business hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM). We cannot process bid cancellations after 5:00 PM. Please bid carefully. We may cancel bids from bidders with a significantly high number of negative reviews. Please understand this in advance. The motorcycles listed in the auction are also sold at our store. If a motorcycle that has not received bids is sold at our store, the auction will be cancelled.

◆Regarding Contact After Winning the Auction

New users are requested to register their transaction information within 12 hours of winning the auction.

Users who have already registered their transaction information are requested to click "Start Transaction" within 24 hours.

*We will check your transaction information during our business hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

◆Regarding Payment After Winning the Auction

Please make your payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery within 3 business days from the day after the auction ends.

◆Regarding Feedback

Since some customers do not require feedback, we do not leave feedback unless requested. We leave feedback for customers who have left feedback for us. This may take some time.

◆Regarding Cancellation After Winning the Auction

Cancellations after winning the auction will not be accepted for any reason. In case of cancellation due to customer reasons, a cancellation fee of 10% of the product price will be charged.
