After Product Arrival

Please be sure to open and inspect the product within 5 days of receiving it. While we take the utmost care in managing product shipments, if for any reason the delivered product falls under any of the following categories, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will respond promptly and with sincerity.

1. If the delivered item is different from the item you won in the auction.

2. If the vehicle model is different from the one described in the product description.

3. If the accessories shown in the images are not included.

Notes on Returns

* Regardless of the circumstances, compensation is limited to the winning bid price of the item. Round-trip shipping costs, installation fees, and other miscellaneous expenses are not covered.

* We do not offer replacement items; only refunds will be issued.

* We cannot accept returns or assume responsibility for items that have been resold.

* For set items, individual items cannot be returned.
